1. Agreement

By using domainshosting.co (the “Site”) or purchasing products through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our role and third-party services

Domains Hosting operates as an authorised reseller. Products offered on this Site — including domain registrations, web hosting, email, website builder and SSL certificates — are provisioned, billed and supported through our commerce platform partner (GoDaddy Inc. / secureserver.net). By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable product agreements presented at checkout, including the registrar’s domain registration agreement and the hosting provider’s terms of service.

3. Accounts

Your product account is created and managed on our partner platform at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Taxes and ICANN fees may apply and are shown at checkout. In the event of a pricing error on the Site, the price presented at checkout prevails.

5. Auto-renewal

Most products, including domains and hosting, renew automatically at the then-current renewal price to prevent service interruption. You can manage or disable auto-renewal at any time in your account settings.

6. Refunds

Hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain name registrations, renewals and transfers are generally non-refundable once processed, as they are activated instantly. Refunds for specific products are governed by the product agreements accepted at checkout.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful purposes, including spam, malware distribution, phishing, copyright infringement or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We and our platform partner reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate acceptable use policies.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, branding and design are owned by Domains Hosting or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Site or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
