This policy explains how refunds work for products purchased through domainshosting.co. Because different products are provisioned differently, refund terms vary by product type. The product agreements accepted at checkout govern in all cases.
2. Web hosting — 30-day money-back guarantee
Annual hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a refund of the hosting plan fee. Monthly hosting plans are refundable within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers
Domain name registrations, renewals and transfers are generally non-refundable once processed, as they are activated instantly with the registry. In limited cases, a new registration may be refundable if cancelled within the window specified in the registration agreement presented at checkout.
4. Email, website builder, SSL and other products
Refund eligibility for these products follows the terms shown at checkout for each product. As a general rule, annual plans may be refundable within 30 days and monthly plans within 48 hours of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@domainshosting.co from the email address used at purchase, including your order number and the product you wish to cancel. You can also manage cancellations from your account dashboard.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our commerce platform (GoDaddy Inc. / secureserver.net), normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Auto-renewal charges
To avoid unwanted renewal charges, disable auto-renewal in your account settings before the renewal date. Renewal charges follow the same product-specific refund rules above.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of associated services.
